Paris is AMAZING.
I've only been here since last night and I love this place. With that said, this is the most expensive place I've ever been as well. But I definitely plan to come back...
The gardens outside the back of the Palace of Versailles is one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen.
I'll try to post most sketches before I leave.

Greetings from London
Well we made it London, and actually got on the plane First Class... so the 8 hour flight wasn't that bad. We got in at 7:30AM at London-Gatwick Airport and took a train to downtown London. Unfortunatly it was too early to check-in to our hotel, but we did drop off our stuff at the hotel and walked around London for a good 6 or 7 hours. Anyway, my friend has the Canon digital rebel and took a bunch of good shots.. but I just uploaded some basic stuff for now from the point and shoot
I forgot the name of this place.. but it was right next to the National Gallery in Tralfagar (sp?) Square... these columns are pretty huge... like wide as 2 or 3 people...
Here's the National Gallery... we didnt go in because I left my glasses at the hotel and I wanted to be able to see pretty well when I went in.. when we finally got back to the room.. we both took a nap and overslept.. so we're going tomorrow

Here's Big Ben.. everyone knows of this I'm sure
Also, I planned to draw a bit on this trip so I picked up a small sketchbook and here's some drawings from the plane, the train, and the bar we hit up at 10am for a pint.. heh

Love Nests (Final Submission)

Well I submitted 4 posters and 8 note cards to MODA. Although I stayed away from using a a heart for such a long time for this project, my favorite piece for this is the poster with the heart-shaped locket... I believe I like it because of the simplicity, the logotype, and the fact that it's so far removed from most of the things I've designed in the past. The design with the cloth patches is my second favorite... These were fun to work on.. I'm actually looking forward to the next MODA project..
as far as the note cards.. I only like 5 or 6 of them... but I wanted to fill up a second board, soooo....
